JLJ44 Terms and Conditions – Player Agreement for Philippines

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "you", "your") and JLJ44 ("JLJ44", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at jlj44.net ("the Platform"). These Terms govern all use of the JLJ44 platform, including registration, account management, deposits, withdrawals, participation in games and betting markets, use of bonuses and promotions, and all interactions with JLJ44 customer support.

By registering an account with JLJ44, logging in to an existing account, or using any service offered through the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the JLJ44 platform.

JLJ44 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, JLJ44 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players through the Platform or by email. Continued use of the JLJ44 platform following notification of an amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

To register and maintain an active JLJ44 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. JLJ44 does not accept registrations from or provide services to individuals below the age of 21 under any circumstances.
• You are physically located in a jurisdiction where accessing online gaming platforms is not prohibited under applicable law at the time you use the Platform.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You are not registered as a self-excluded player on any national or operator-level exclusion programme that applies to the JLJ44 platform.
• You are not an employee, contractor, agent, director, or officer of JLJ44, or an immediate family member of such a person, in respect of games or markets offered through JLJ44.

JLJ44 may request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including during the registration process and prior to processing any withdrawal request. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the period requested will result in account suspension pending resolution.

If JLJ44 determines at any point that a player did not meet the eligibility requirements at the time of registration or at any subsequent time, JLJ44 reserves the right to void all bets placed, cancel all bonuses claimed, and withhold any withdrawals pending investigation. Deposits may be returned at JLJ44's discretion in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one active JLJ44 account. Multiple accounts — whether registered under the same name, mobile number, email address, IP address, device, payment method, or any combination thereof — are not permitted. Where JLJ44 identifies multiple accounts held by the same individual, all accounts beyond the first registered account will be closed, and any balances, bonuses, or pending winnings associated with duplicate accounts will be forfeited.

When registering a JLJ44 account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your legal full name, date of birth, mobile number, and email address. You must not impersonate another person, use a fictitious identity, or provide false information at any stage of the registration or verification process.

JLJ44 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit government-issued identification documents — such as a Philippine National ID, SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, driver's licence, or passport — prior to processing a withdrawal or in response to an account review. JLJ44 may verify your identity at any stage of your account activity.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. JLJ44 will treat any access to your account using your registered username and password as authorised activity, and will not be responsible for losses arising from unauthorised access caused by your failure to protect your credentials.

All transactions on the JLJ44 platform are conducted exclusively in Philippine pesos (PHP). JLJ44 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet, BDO online banking, BPI online banking, UnionBank online banking, and Philippine-issued Visa and Mastercard debit or credit cards. Supported channels and applicable minimum and maximum amounts are displayed in the JLJ44 cashier at the time of transaction.

Deposits that are verified by the relevant payment provider are credited to your JLJ44 balance promptly. JLJ44 does not guarantee a specific credit time as this depends on the payment provider's processing schedule. E-wallet deposits via GCash and Maya are typically instant.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit wherever possible. JLJ44 reserves the right to return funds to the original payment source regardless of the withdrawal method requested. Withdrawal requests require OTP verification to the registered mobile number before processing. Withdrawal processing times are estimated from the time the request is approved by JLJ44, not from the time of submission.

• GCash and Maya withdrawals: typically under 5 minutes for verified accounts.
• InstaPay and bank transfer withdrawals: up to 1 business day, subject to banking cut-off times.
• PESONet withdrawals: next business day, subject to cut-off times.

JLJ44 does not charge internal fees for standard deposits and withdrawals. Third-party fees charged by your payment provider are your responsibility. JLJ44 may impose transaction fees for non-standard requests, which will be disclosed prior to processing.

All funds deposited with JLJ44 must originate from payment accounts registered in your own name. JLJ44 does not accept third-party deposits under any circumstances. Where a third-party deposit is identified, it will be returned to the source and the account reviewed for compliance purposes.

JLJ44 offers bonuses and promotional rewards to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be displayed at the time the offer is made available. In the event of a conflict between these general Terms and a specific bonus offer's terms, the specific bonus terms take precedence for that offer.

General bonus principles applicable to all JLJ44 promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are only available to players with a verified JLJ44 account in good standing.
• Each bonus can only be claimed once per player, household, IP address, or device, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus funds must meet the applicable wagering requirement (turnover requirement) before they or any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement multiplier and eligible games will be specified in the individual offer terms.
• Bonus funds and any associated winnings expire if the wagering requirement is not completed within the stated period. Expired bonus balances are removed automatically with no entitlement to recovery.
• JLJ44 reserves the right to cancel any bonus and reverse any associated winnings if it determines that the bonus was claimed through misrepresentation, collusion, or abuse of the promotional structure.
• Cash deposits and real-money balances are used and/or wagered before bonus balances unless the Platform specifies otherwise.

All bets placed on the JLJ44 platform are subject to the specific rules of the game or market involved, which are accessible from within each game or betting market on the Platform. The following general rules apply to all JLJ44 betting and gaming activity:

• A bet is considered accepted and binding once you receive a confirmation from the JLJ44 system. Bets that have not received a confirmation reference should not be considered placed.
• Once confirmed, bets cannot be modified or cancelled by the player unless the specific product rules explicitly allow for cash-out or bet-editing features.
• JLJ44 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were posted in error due to a system fault, human error, or data feed failure. Where a bet is voided, the original stake is returned to the player's account.
• Bets placed after the official start time of an event — where pre-event markets close at kick-off — will be voided regardless of the result.
• For sports betting markets, results are settled based on official results from the relevant governing body or sanctioning organisation. In the absence of an official result, JLJ44 reserves the right to apply reasonable judgement in settlement.
• For virtual sports products, results are determined by a certified random number generator (RNG). The RNG outcome is generated before the visual representation begins, and the broadcast does not influence the outcome in any way.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits per market are displayed in the bet slip before confirmation and may vary by event, market, and account tier.

JLJ44 monitors betting patterns for unusual activity. Accounts exhibiting patterns consistent with arbitrage, abuse of system errors, or coordinated manipulation may have bets voided, maximum limits reduced, or accounts suspended pending review.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your JLJ44 account credentials, including your password, OTP codes, and any linked payment account information. JLJ44 strongly recommends the following security practices:

• Use a unique, strong password for your JLJ44 account that is not shared with any other online service.
• Never share your JLJ44 login credentials, OTP codes, or linked GCash/bank account details with any other person, including friends, family members, or anyone claiming to represent JLJ44.
• Log out of your JLJ44 account after each session, particularly when using shared devices.
• Contact JLJ44 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

JLJ44 will never ask for your full password or OTP codes via email, SMS, or chat. Any communication requesting this information should be treated as fraudulent and reported to JLJ44 support and, where appropriate, to the National Privacy Commission of the Philippines.

JLJ44 is not liable for losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials. Where unauthorised access is suspected, JLJ44 may temporarily suspend the account pending investigation and identity verification.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the JLJ44 platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, referral to law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one JLJ44 account or assisting another person in circumventing the single-account requirement.
• Using the JLJ44 platform while self-excluded from any gaming operator or national exclusion registry.
• Depositing funds obtained through fraud, theft, or any criminal activity.
• Using the JLJ44 platform to launder money or for any other financial crime purpose.
• Placing bets using bots, automated scripts, or any software that interacts with the Platform without human user input in real time.
• Exploiting pricing errors, system bugs, or glitches in games or betting markets for financial gain.
• Colluding with other players in card games or table games to gain an unfair advantage.
• Claiming bonuses by creating multiple accounts, sharing device or payment credentials with another player, or through any other form of bonus abuse.
• Accessing the JLJ44 platform using a VPN, proxy, or other technical means to disguise your actual location or circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing JLJ44 staff or other players through any communication channel.

JLJ44 reserves the right to suspend or close any account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• A player has breached any provision of these Terms.
• A player is found to have provided false information during registration or verification.
• A player's account is the subject of a regulatory, compliance, or law enforcement inquiry.
• JLJ44 has reasonable grounds to believe fraudulent, criminal, or money-laundering activity has occurred through the account.
• A player has requested account closure or self-exclusion.
• JLJ44 discontinues its services in a specific jurisdiction.

Where an account is suspended for investigation, JLJ44 will endeavour to complete its review within a reasonable timeframe. During a suspension, the account balance is held securely and will be returned to the player if the investigation concludes in their favour, less any amounts found to be associated with prohibited activity.

Players wishing to close their JLJ44 account voluntarily may do so by contacting the support team. Any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to unfulfilled wagering requirements) will be refunded to the player's verified payment account within the standard withdrawal processing timeframe.

JLJ44 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By registering a JLJ44 account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

JLJ44 collects personal data including your name, date of birth, contact information, payment details, and transaction history for the purposes of account management, identity verification, compliance with regulatory requirements, fraud prevention, and customer support. JLJ44 complies with applicable data protection legislation in the Philippines, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). JLJ44 recognises that for most players online gaming is a form of entertainment, and that a small number of players may develop problematic gaming behaviour. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered JLJ44 players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on how much you can deposit into your JLJ44 account. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a mandatory waiting period.
• Loss Limits: Cap your total losses over a defined period. Once the limit is reached, betting and gaming activity is restricted until the period resets.

JLJ44 provides the Platform and all services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. JLJ44 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of the Platform or any game or betting market offered through it.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, JLJ44 shall not be liable for:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of the Platform.
• Losses caused by temporary Platform unavailability due to maintenance, technical failures, or events outside JLJ44's reasonable control, including telecommunications failures and third-party payment provider outages.
• Losses resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
• Decisions made based on information provided by third-party data or content providers displayed on the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms limits JLJ44's liability for fraud, personal injury, or death caused by JLJ44's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

JLJ44 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. The most current version of the Terms will always be available on this page, with the effective date updated accordingly. Where JLJ44 makes material changes to these Terms, registered players will be notified through the Platform and/or by email to their registered address at least 7 days before the changes take effect, except where earlier implementation is required for compliance with regulatory or legal obligations.

Your continued use of the JLJ44 platform after the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised agreement. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting JLJ44 support.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction in which JLJ44 holds its gaming licence. For matters relating to Philippine data protection law, the Data Privacy Act of 2012 and the regulations of the National Privacy Commission shall apply.

If you have a complaint about any aspect of the JLJ44 platform — including a disputed bet settlement, a transaction issue, or a bonus-related concern — the first step is to contact JLJ44 customer support at support@jlj44.net or via live chat. JLJ44 aims to acknowledge all complaints within 24 hours and to resolve them within 5 business days of receipt of all required information from the player.

Where a complaint cannot be resolved through direct communication with JLJ44 support, the matter may be escalated to the relevant regulatory body in accordance with the dispute resolution procedures established under JLJ44's operating licence.
